*4 hr. Halibut charters are ONLY offered June through August. Some exceptions may apply.

*No salmon charters are offered until the first week of June due to local regulations regarding king salmon retention.

*2025 Halibut Regulations in the 2C SE Alaska Area: No retention of halibut on Tuesdays from May 13th-Sept. 9th. The only option for halibut on Tuesdays is catch & release. In addition, we can only operate 1 retention trip a day per vessel. If we are booked up for retention trips on the day you want to get out fishing, please check out our catch & release option for halibut OR a salmon charter.

*All charters require a 4 person/position minimum paid for the boat to leave the dock. Please call or email for further clarification.

*State of Alaska Fishing license & King Salmon stamps, 5% city sales tax, and a 3.5% service fee are NOT included in the pricing above.

*Please note: If a boat is not booked PRIVATE (additional charge), there is a possibility that other fishermen may be added to the boat. SE Alaska regulations allow up to 6 fishermen per boat. Due to the strong currents we often times are only able to run 4 rods at one time - sharing or switching off on rods may be required on shared boat charters.

A 50% deposit is required for all charters booked prior to April 1st.  The remaining balance is due at 30 days prior to the trip. After April 1st, 100% is due. 

Cancellations- If you must cancel your charter, the amount will be fully refunded with a 30+ day notice. For cancellations within 15-29 days, a 50% refund will be granted. Unfortunately for less than 15 days notice, there will be no refunds.

All rates are subject to a 5% Juneau sales tax, 3.5% service fee, and fishing license/king salmon stamp. Gratuities are NOT included in the pricing above. Gratuities are split 50/50 between captain/crew. If you had an outstanding time, recommended gratuity is 20% of the overall cost of the charter. The fishing licenses must be purchased ahead of time with a credit card on ADFG.com. Please bring a valid ID aboard the boat. The 2025 pricing set forth by the Dept. of Fish & Game for non-residents are as follows: $15 (1 day fishing license), $15 (1 day King Salmon Stamp). Muli-day licenses are available.
